Der Check-In hat aufgrund einer Störung durch einen Stromausfall nicht funktioniert. Ca. 100 Leute saßen eine Stunde lang in der Lobby und haben gewartet. Währenddessen wurde keinem etwas zu trinken o.ä. angeboten und auch im Nachgang gab es nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser als Entschädigung. Da hätte ich deutlich mehr Initiative erwartet, da die Wartezeit sehr lang war.
