Das Flair.
Man spürt jetzt auch die Zweiklassigkeit Deutschlands in diesem Hotel. Zimmerservice nicht gut, selbst Handtücher holen trotz Zusage. Geschirr nicht weggeräumt noch gereinigt. Seifenspender defekt usw.. Personal Rezeption trotzdem motiviert. Kommen schon viele Jahre.
