Habe vor meiner Ankunft mehrmals versucht das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, keine Chance, habe nach 15 Minuten aufgegeben

Gute Atmosphäre, sauber, freundlich, gute Matratze und Kissen

Ein sehr kleines Punkt: der Seifenpumpe Flasche in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Eine freundliche Putzhilfe hat mir ein neues gegeben - dies hat allerdings auch nicht funktioniert. Es liegt eher an das Produkt generell. Aber sonst war alles spitze.
