Das Frühstück, die Lage, die Sauberkeit.
Das Standardzimmer für zwei Erwachsene, hat zwei getrennte Einzelbetten. Schade wenn man als Paar Übernachten möchte. Eine Zuteilung von einem anderen Zimmer war nicht möglich.

Frühstück und Parkplatz waren in der Buchung inklusive. Kostenlose Stornierung der Buchung war möglich.
Bei der Buchung konnte man keine Zimmer-Kategorie (Einzel-, Doppelzimmer, etc.) auswählen. Als Wunsch wurde Queen- oder King-size Bett angegeben. Beim Einchecken hieß es Ach, über HRS gebucht. Das müssen immer zwei Einzelbette sein. Es wäre gut, dies bei der Buchung schon zu sehen bzw. auswählen zu können. Auf der RIU-Homepage kann man unterschiedliche Zimmer-Kategorien auswählen. Auch bei anderen Hotels auf HRS ist dies möglich - nur bei RIU nicht.
