Ich kann die „ nur „8,7 nicht nachvollziehen das Hotel ist nahezu perfekt jeder bemüht sich immer um höchsten Service
Riesiges Badezimmer mit Bad und sepater Vorgelagerter Dusche mit Sitzgelegenheit ...
Die HRS Buchung belief sich im Hotel entgegen der Buchungsbestätigung Kuraufenthalt 1 Person gebucht hatte ich aber wie immer für 2
Es gab aber letztlich keine Probleme ...

Das Personal ist das Herz des Hotels und kümmert sich wirklich rührend um die Gäste. Das Hotel bietet eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und ein besonderes Flair und ist ein Höhepunkt meines Besuchs in Köln gewesen.
Leider war - trotz vorherigem Hinweis und auch Nachfrage beim Check-In an der Rezeption - keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne vorhanden. Und es gab keinen Koffer-Bock in meinem Zimmer.

The city of Cologne charge a levies a city tax amounting to 5% of the accommodation. The cultural tax can be waived for business travelers and freelancers until June 30th, 2024 if the relevant official forms are completed correctly by you and submitted to the hotel by the time of your departure. From July 1st, 2024, exepetions apply only to individuals staying in Cologne for necessary medical reasons, as well as to required accompanying persons, provided that an appropriate application is submitte.
