Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, jedoch habe ich auch keine Hilfe geholt.

Die Lage und der Service sind überragend. Komme gerne und regelmäßig in dieses Haus.
Leider gibt es einen Mangel: Die WLan-Leistung ist immer wieder nicht zufriedenstellend. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme und regelmäßige Rückmeldung nehme ich keine Besserung wahr.
The landmarked Steigenberger Hotel Köln is located in the city center only minutes away from several important historical sites. Cologne's famous cathedral and the Rhine promenade are a mere 20 minutes' walk away. More distant hot spots can also be easily reached using public transport.
