Mature couple

Das Frühstück im weihnachtlich geschmückten Saal mit Blick auf den Zwinger war spektakulär. Die gemütliche Couch im Zimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Der Weg zum Bett am Fenster wird durch die Wandlampe etwas behindert.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Hotelmitarbeiter:innen.
Aufgrund eines Krankheitsfalls mussten wir leider früher abreisen. Das Hotel ist uns entgegen gekommen und hat uns die nicht beanspruchten Übernachtungen wieder zurückerstattet. Das ist unglaublich kulant und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals...

Keine hoteleigenen (reservierten) vergünstigten Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage....

Zimmer sind schön, Getränke in der Minibar sind inklusive. Leider nicht alle Zimmer mit Balkon.

W-Lan funktioniert nicht, ständig loggt sich das Handy wieder aus. Sehr warm im Zimmer. Nur wenig TV Programme, Fernseher muss gedreht werden. Matratzen sehr hart. Frühstücksbuffet echt schlecht. Brötchen, Lachs, Gläser wurden irgendwann mal nachgefüllt. Es war viel zu laut.
