Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist immer wieder hervorragend.
Die Kommunikation des Servicepersonals im Frühstücksraum ist verbesserungsfähig. Gewünscht ist ein Ansprechen in ganzen Sätzen!! Das hat vielleicht der eine oder die andere nicht mehr in der Schule gelernt?

Klagen auf hohem Niveau: Das Frühstücksbüffet im sehr schönen Frühstücksraum räumlich etwas beengt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, gleichzeitig ist es sehr ruhig.
Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte der Aufzug nicht, er war aber bald repariert.
