zentrale Lage

Es wird ein Parkplatz ausgelobt, der nicht vorhanden ist. wir haben wegen des angegebenen Parkplatzes dieses Hotel gebucht, aber es hat definitiv KEINEN Parkplatz! Das nächste öffentlich Parkhaus liegt etwa 500m entfernt und hat uns für keine 24 Std. bereits 45 EUR gekostet.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und nicht kompetent. Überfordert mit Anmeldedaten und Formularen, die ausgefüllt werden mussten.
Ebenfalls haben wir das Personal auf die falsche Parkplatzangabe hingewiesen. Antwort: Das müssen Sie meinem Chef sagen. Muss nicht der Mitarbeiter so etwas dem Chef weitergeben?
