Shuttle-Service, Sauberkeit und Schlafkomfort
Die Buchung wurde nicht der buchenden Person (zugleich der einziger HRS-Kunde unter den Reisenden), sondern dem einzigen Mann unter den 4 Personen (!) zugeordnet und konnte aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Namen erst nach längerer Suche beim Check-In gefunden werden. Es wirkte etwas befremdlich, gar so, als sei noch nicht bekannt, dass im Jahre 2025 auch Frauen geschäftsfähig sind!
