Reception- staff not service -minded . I had to carry my bags back down to recetion because of wrong roomkey . No apologies from anyone . Very strong perfume used in the receptionarea .

Leider war die Tür der Dusche aus der Angel gefallen. Ich konnte sie gerade noch festhalten. Das Zimmer Thermostat ist umständlich zu bedienen. Im Bad war es Kalt.
