Der freundliche Du-Empfang auf Augenhöhe. Das ist echte Willkommenskultur. Der einwandfreie Check in und der Hinweis auf kostenfreie Getränkeauswahl.
Leider war mir die Matratze viel zu hart. Und 1 Bettdecke für 2 muss man halt mögen. Ich mag's nicht.
