Die Dame, die alleine (!) für die Reinigung aller Zimmer zuständig ist war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Widererwarten war es sehr ruhig.

Rezeption war nicht besetzt - weder bei Anreise noch bei der Abreise. Im Vorfeld wurden aber andere Infos dazu versendet. Es war nicht möglich, Bettzeug ohne Federn zu erhalten. War ja keiner da, der sich darum kümmern hätte können. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht bezugsfertig.

Im Hotelflur riecht es leider komisch. Die Rezeption ist nur Halbstags besetzt. Service leider so gut wie nicht vorhanden.
Die Hotelbesitzerin passiv agressiv am Telefon, Kommentare und Anfragen im Kommentarfeld werden unbeantwortet ignoriert. Man kann in dem Hotel schlafen, es erfüllt seinen Zweck aber das wars dann auch.
